Job Description

BEOND, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking a talented and experienced Ground Operations Manager to join our team. As the Ground Operations Manager, you will oversee all ground operations for the airline, maintaining smooth and efficient operations to deliver an exceptional travel experience for our guests. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our passengers, while also achieving our business goals and objectives. As a leader within the airline, you will play a critical role in establishing BEOND as a renowned premium travel brand.


Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of ground operations, including airport services, baggage handling, ramp operations, and passenger services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and manage relationships with airport authorities, ground handling agencies, and other service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and training programs for ground operations personnel.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all ground operations activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ground operations management in the airline industry.
  • Strong knowledge of airport operations and regulations, including safety, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and strategies to improve operational performance.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make important decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
