Job Description
Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is currently looking for an Airport Manager to oversee the operation of our airport facilities. As the Airport Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our airport operations in line with our company's vision of creating exceptional and hassle-free travel experiences for our guests.
Working closely with department heads and staff members, you will be responsible for the successful management of airport ground operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service are met at all times. - Oversee the day-to-day operation of the airport, providing leadership, direction, and guidance to all representatives of Beond.
- Ensure safety and security procedures are in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor service level agreements with third-party service providers.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to airport operations.
- Work closely with other departments including maintenance, catering, and passenger services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in airport operations management.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage people and teams.
- Strong knowledge of airport operations, safety, and security procedures.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
