Reservations and Revenue Manager

We have an exclusive opportunity based in the Maldives as Reservations and Revenue Manager for an ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives. Working in a team of 5, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all reservations and revenue management processes with utmost efficiency and expertise.

• Oversee and maintain the reservations system for the company's hospitality clients
• Monitor the revenue management process and regularly analyze and forecast revenue figures
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for the company's hospitality clients
• Train and manage the reservations and revenue teams within each client's property
• Ensure accurate room inventory management to maximize revenue
• Create reports analyzing revenue management practices and make recommendations for improvement
• Build strong relationships with the company's hospitality clients to ensure their unique needs are fulfilled

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in revenue/ reservations within the hospitality industry
• Expertise in managing complex reservation and inventory systems
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
• Experience in pricing strategy development and implementation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
