We have an exclusive opportunity based in the Maldives as Reservations and Revenue Manager for an ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives. Working in a team of 5, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all reservations and revenue management processes with utmost efficiency and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the reservations system for the company's hospitality clients
- Monitor the revenue management process and regularly analyze and forecast revenue figures
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for the company's hospitality clients
- Train and manage the reservations and revenue teams within each client's property
- Ensure accurate room inventory management to maximize revenue
- Create reports analyzing revenue management practices and make recommendations for improvement
- Build strong relationships with the company's hospitality clients to ensure their unique needs are fulfilled
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in revenue/ reservations within the hospitality industry
- Expertise in managing complex reservation and inventory systems
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
- Experience in pricing strategy development and implementation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
