Job Description

Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Maldives. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and driving revenue for our luxury airline. With a focus on exceptional customer service and personalized travel experiences, Beond aims to create cherished memories for our guests that will last a lifetime.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Maldives market. Your primary objective will be to generate and close new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing relationships to foster repeat business. As the face of Beond in the Maldives, you will engage with a wide range of customers, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets in the Maldives market
  • Manage and build relationships with Resorts in Maldives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Conduct regular sales presentations and meetings to showcase Beond's unique offerings and differentiate our airline from competitors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or aviation industry
  • A strong network of contacts within the Maldives travel market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally
