Responsibilities
- Oversee all guest relations activities and ensure a seamless and personalised experience for every guest
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of guest services associates, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Develop and implement guest service standards and procedures to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met
- Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements to exceed guest expectations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive repeat business and loyalty programs
Requirements
- Must be a native German speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Extensive knowledge of guest service principles and practices
- Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite
