Job Description

We are thrilled to be seeking a Guest Relations Manager for a luxury resort in the Maldives. ,You will have the opportunity to utiliSe your exceptional guest service skills to ensure an unforgettable experience for our clients' discerning guests.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee all guest relations activities and ensure a seamless and personalised experience for every guest
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of guest services associates, providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Develop and implement guest service standards and procedures to enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements to exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive repeat business and loyalty programs

Requirements

  • Must be a native German speaker
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
  • Extensive knowledge of guest service principles and practices
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite
