Job Description
As a Catering Operations Officer at BEOND, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional culinary experience during their journey with us. Working closely with our catering partners, you will be responsible for managing the catering operations to deliver high-quality meals and beverages that meet our luxury standards. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our premium leisure airline.

Launching in 2023, we will operate an all-lay flat single-aisle Airbus aircraft, providing our guests with the ultimate comfort throughout their flight.
Responsibilities- Load Bar Carts and Equipment Carts (as required) strictly following the approved Bar Loading Plan and/or GLP) for all aircraft.
- Check offloaded bars for correct returns as per signed paperwork, communicate anomalies immediately to Catering Manager
- Ensure new and re-loaded items are correctly recorded on issuing bar paperwork to outgoing flight
- Monitor Bar Loading Plans for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate in a timely manner with caterers and main warehouse [personnel for equipment stocks loaded at base for out-station caterer requirements (replenishing float stocks) ensuring that loaded volumes and stowage/position are clearly labelled and communicated to achieve efficiencies.
Requirements
- 2 years in a similar role with an international airline required
- High level of work integrity as this function relies on the ability to work independently
- High level of attention to detail required accuracy in recording data is critical to this role
- Basic Excel skills, basic email skills required
- Advanced level English spoken and written - required
- Airside operations experience is a plus
- This role involves working across a 7-day rotating roster
