We are thrilled to be seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager for our esteemed client in the Maldives. As Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and success of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments, including Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Recreation.
• Ensure the highest level of service standards are maintained across all areas of the resort.
• Monitor and optimize revenue, cost control, and profit margins, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and driving the performance of a resort or similar property.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Thorough understanding of resort operations, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and recreation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
