BEOND, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking aGeneralManagerto lead our operational hub in the Maldives. You will report into our COO based in dubai andbe responsible for leading your team to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Oversee all areas of the Maldives hub operations, including finance, sales, customer service, and Human Resources
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and regulatory bodies
• Be the link between Maldives hub and Dubai HQ, ensuring strong communication and teamwork
• Role model Just Culture principles and build a culture that represents our values
• Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of success in managing and growing a business
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the airline industry and market trends
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Flexibility to travel internationally as required
