Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. As the Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory in our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Control and maintain the engineering stores to meet or exceed the requirements set out in the appropriate regulations.
- Coordinate receipt of aircraft parts per stores procedure and ensure parts after physical checks to make sure they tally with part number/serial number/quantity as well as with documents/certificate received with the parts.
- Monitor the issuance of aircraft Parts/Tools from the store per stores procedure.
- Monitor the binning of spares in different categories of parts (DG, Bulk Parts, ESDS, Cabin parts, Rotable, Consumables amp; Flammables items etc) as per stores procedure.
- Liaise with Supply chain for tracking of incoming spares amp; export of un-serviceable parts for repair/core return.
- Responsible for daily stock inventory update on MIS.
- Co-ordinate with supply chain for clearing of Invoices.
- Co-ordinate with Materials Management team for return of un-serviceable parts on time.
- Liaise with Supply chain for export of aircraft parts and prepare documents per procedure.
- Generate weekly/monthly report as required by Management.
- Any other assignment given by Management.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have prior experience as a technical storekeeper in an airline.
- Candidates with current goods receiving inspection approval will be preferred.
- Must have knowledge of dangerous goods and related regulations.
- Must be proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Must have good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite and general IT tools.

- Salary between USD 1,500 to USD 2,000 per month
