Accounts Officer

Beond, a leading leisure airline, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team. As an Accounts Officer at Beond, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Verificationof aircraft spares invoices and GRNs with necessary approved purchase order .
• Verifying the transactions with our financial policy and procedure (consumable and rotables) and prepare the invoice batch list in the AP module.
• Vendors reconciliation has to be prepared (Vendor’s statement Vs AP module) on time.
• Payments for aircraft spares vendors has to be prepared by timely manner
• Preparation of EWHT /WHT/APT payment
• Monthly random stock verification in the aircraft spares store and any deviation has to be reported immediately
• Punctuality and attendance with financial discipline should be strictly followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
