We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Famp;B Director to join our prestigious client, an ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives.

As the Famp;B Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Famp;B strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the operations of all Famp;B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
• Ensure that all Famp;B outlets consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed quality standards.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and manage the Famp;B budget, including revenue forecasting and cost control measures.
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Lead and inspire a team of Famp;B professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing training.
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative concepts to enhance the Famp;B offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure the highest quality of ingredients and products.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Famp;B Director in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Famp;B operations, including menu development, service standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the Famp;B offerings.
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
