Head of Compliance, Safety and Security

Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicatedHead ofCompliance,Safety amp; Securityto join our team. As the Head ofCompliance,Safety amp; Security, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects ofregulatory compliance,safety and securitywithin the airline. You will develop and implement effective strategies, procedures, and training programs to ensure the safety and security of our passengers, crew, and assets while maintainingstrictcompliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining Beond's commitment tocompliance,safety and security excellence.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, legislation, and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety, security, and compliance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and analyze safety and security data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
• Focal point for liaison with Regulatory Authority pertaining to all aspects of Safety, Security and Compliance.
• Lead safety and security risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective safety and security management.
• Oversee the implementation of safety and security training programs for all employees.
• Stay informed about industry developments, changes in regulations, and best practices related to safety, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Engineering OR Aeronautical Engineering OR Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Training OR CPL Training
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation regulatory compliance, safety and security management.
• Thorough knowledge, understanding and ability to demonstrate the knowledge of:
• MCAR and EASA Part Air Ops, Air Crew, Part-145, Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-66, Part-21 and Part-147
• International Civil Aviation Organisation standards and recommended practices
• International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) requirements
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory audit, accident investigation and prevention training.
• Good understanding of international aviation regulations and industry best practices.
• Experienced in developing and implementing safety, security, and compliance programs.
• Ability to process map, develop systems and draft workplace operational processes, procedures and work instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
