Developed by LVMH Hotel Management, Cheval Blanc is a brand of exceptional Maisons. The first one, Cheval Blanc Courchevel, opened in 2006 in Courchevel, followed by Cheval Blanc Randheli, which opened in the Maldives in autumn 2013. The brand has continued its development with the opening of Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France in the French West Indies in October 2014 and has announced future projects, namely in London and within La Samaritaine in Paris. La Résidence de la Pinède bought in 2016 will join the collection as Cheval Blanc St-Tropez in May 2019.

LVMH Hotel Management also runs the White 1921 Courchevel and the White 1921 Saint-Tropez.

Requirements

A Personality, a profile, an expertise

We invite knowledgeable, charming, passionate and committed candidates who possess excellent communication skills to join our growing team of Ambassadeurs;

  • Apprenticeship or college level in catering (foundation or bachelor degree).
  • Experience in Resort/Hotel Operations
  • Minimum 3 years in a fine dining establishment and 2 years in a similar position
  • Know and master the HACCP process
  • Excellent level of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, Micros OPERA PMS, Materials Control
  • Ability to present yourself with confidence, displaying strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with astute leadership qualities
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to respond to different situations with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent understanding of hotel operations; especially Culinary operations
  • Exceptional awareness of brand and industry standards
